You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 499 across India, except during major sale days. Orders below Rs. 499 have standard Speed Post charges. Orders are shipped within 1–3 working days and usually delivered within 4–10 days.
International shipping charges exclude customs or import taxes. Tracking details are shared via SMS and email after dispatch. In case of damage or tampering, refuse delivery and contact support@ksupreme.in. Orders with incorrect addresses or refused deliveries will incur both-sided shipping costs.

How To Measure Your Ring Size At Home
METHOD 1:
Measure the inside diameter of the ring with a ruler and compare with our Ring Size Chart below
METHOD 2:
- Cut a thin strip of paper or use a non-stretchy string.
- Wrap it snugly around the finger you want to wear the ring on.
- Mark where the paper or string overlaps to complete the circle.
- Lay it flat and measure the length (in millimetres) with a ruler. This is your finger’s circumference.
- Find your corresponding ring size in the chart below.
Tips: Repeat for the knuckle if it’s larger than the base.
- Measure your finger at the end of the day when it’s warmest for accuracy.
- Dominant hand fingers are usually slightly larger.
- Wider rings may require a half-size larger than usual.
- If you’re between sizes, choose the larger one for comfort.
