Refund policy

  • Eligibility for Return/Refund:
    • Products can be returned/refunded if they are damaged, not as described, or have faded color.
    • Return/refund is valid only if product is unused, tags are intact, and sent with the original box and invoice.
  • Time Limits:
    • You must raise a request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
    • Returned items must reach us within 14 days (India only).
  • Return Process:
    • Submit your reason for return in the My Account section or contact customer care.
    • Once approved, send the product back to us via speed post.
    • If the packaging is tampered or damaged before delivery, refuse to accept and call/email us with your order ID.
  • Refund Method & Timeline:
    • Money is refunded in the same way as paid (Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI etc.).
    • Refunds automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days after inspection
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • For wrong address or refusal to receive, both-way shipping charges are payable by customer.
  • Replacement:
    • If claims are genuine, we offer replacement at no extra cost within 7 working days.
  • International Orders:
    • No returns/refunds/exchanges for international customers due to high shipping cost.
